Overview
Agile is a set of methodologies and practices that focuses on delivering value to the customer through continuous iteration, collaboration, and flexibility. In today's fast-paced business environment, companies need to be able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions, customer demands, and technological advances. This requires an Agile mindset and the ability to apply Agile principles to project management and product development.
This course provides an introduction to Agile methodologies and practices, covering the key concepts, principles, and values that underpin Agile. The course will cover the following topics:
