The challenge faced by a recent Education Customer was in delivering online learning during the pandemic. The solution was to use Google Workspace Education Plus, which addressed all the challenges faced by the customer. A Proof of Concept session was conducted to demonstrate the additional features available in Google Workspace Education Plus. As a result, educators were able to engage with more students and had better engagement using all the available activity features.
The customer was able to manage different types of devices using Mobile Device Management features and produce data that can be presented in a dashboard. Overall, the customer was able to increase the capability of educators in terms of teaching and learning experience, and centrally managed different types of devices as well as monitor their usage.
