The AI@Work initiative is set to directly transform the work of Malaysian public servants. The official launch, officiated by the Minister of Digital, YB Tuan Gobind Singh Deo, on February 5, 2025, marked a significant step in this direction. This initiative empowers 445,000 civil servants with the use of Gemini AI, which is integrated into the MyGovUC service. The objective is to increase productivity and innovation across agencies and empower public servants to improve public service delivery.

At the heart of this transformation is Gemini, which is integrated directly into Google Workspace. This powerful AI assistant works behind the scenes to help you write, create, and organise.
