Overview
Agile project management is a modern approach to project management that emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and rapid iteration. In this course, participants will learn the fundamentals of agile project management, including the Agile Manifesto, Agile principles, and Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
