Overview
GitLab is an open-source platform for managing Git repositories, code review, issue tracking, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. This course provides a comprehensive introduction to GitLab, including the basics of using Git, creating and managing repositories, performing code reviews, tracking and resolving issues, and setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines. Participants will learn how to create and manage Git repositories in GitLab, use GitLab's code review tools to collaborate with other developers, track and manage issues in GitLab's issue tracker, set up and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, configure GitLab for specific project needs, including customizing workflows, integrating with other tools, and managing users and permissions.
Prerequisites
Participants should have a good understanding of version control systems and have experience in using the Linux command line.
