Azizah Ali serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer, officially assuming the role on 12 January 2026.

With over 25 years of leadership experience spanning sales, marketing, and operations, Azizah brings valuable expertise in driving business growth and national impact through Cloud and AI transformation. She is recognised for her transformational leadership, fostering high-performance organisational cultures that harness diversity and inclusion to accelerate sustainable growth. Her strength lies in anchoring execution on customer insights to deliver digital transformation outcomes, while scaling businesses through strong and effective partner ecosystems. Known for her ability to create strategic focus, she consistently drives organisations to exceed business objectives.

Azizah’s career includes several senior leadership roles at Microsoft, where she served as Chief Operations Officer for Malaysia, overseeing business planning and investment strategies to expand market share. She also held the role of Country Manager for Microsoft Brunei, where she was accountable for overall business performance and national impact, including the successful establishment of a Software Development Centre for the country. At the regional level, Azizah was Enterprise Channel Director for Microsoft Asia Pacific, leading the development of go-to-market strategies to accelerate cloud adoption across key industries.

In addition to her executive career, Azizah currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Berhad, where she chairs the Group Digital Committee, providing strategic oversight on digital transformation and governance.

Azizah holds a Master of Business Administration from Aston University, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, USA.
