Farah Marzuki serves as the Head of Legal and Corporate Governance Division at AwanBiru Technology Berhad and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2010. She oversees legal affairs, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract management, policy development and strategic corporate initiatives, and is instrumental in strengthening the Group's governance framework and corporate compliance culture.

With over 17 years of in-house legal experience across the technology, telecommunications, and infrastructure sectors, she brings deep expertise in strategic risk mitigation, regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this role, she successfully spearheaded high-value commercial and regulatory initiatives, including the negotiation of long term 5G access agreements valued at RM2.8 billion and the development of contractual frameworks supporting major data center developments.
