Prestariang Berhad 9th Annual General Meeting
Cyberjaya – Prestariang held its ninth Annual General Meeting (AGM) at University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering (UNIMY), Cyberjaya, Selangor.
The AGM was attended by guests, shareholders and proxies. The meeting which commenced at 10.00 a.m. witnessed exchanges and insightful sharing among the shareholders, Board of Directors and Management. Prestariang Berhad’s President / Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr Abu Hasan Ismail took the opportunity to present the Group’s position and its way forward.
The AGM went smoothly with all the proposed resolutions set out in the Notice of Ninth AGM were carried by the way of poll voting.
