Furthermore, a fixed 5% of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all employees incorporates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations. This method not only encourages active participation in sustainability initiatives but also cultivates a collective commitment to sustainability across the organisation, emphasising its significance at every level.
