A welcome email will be sent to you with a temporary password for your initial login. You must change it to a new password of your choice immediately and remember it for future access.

Yes, the platform is designed to be fully responsive and accessible on desktops, tablets, and smartphones, allowing for a seamless learning experience on the go.
Yes, upon successful completion of a course depending on the tittle/ learning path chosen, you will receive a digital badge and/or a certificate of completion which you can use and utilise for your platform like LinkedIn and such. Your achievement can also be used to showcase and value add your CV as the courses are all recognised internationally.
You will no longer be able to access the course. It is highly recommended that you download and safe keep all badges and/ or certificates awarded to you, at least one week before your subscription ends. Best practice is that you download and save them in your devices each time you have completed the chosen program/ learning path.
You can also purchase other offerings by choosing the programmes you want to explore.
Yes. The learning activities are facilitated via Skillsoft Percipio, an immersive and AI-driven online learning platform. You can download content and continue learning offline via mobile app. Download the application from Apple App Store and Google Playstore by searching "Skillsoft Percipio".
No, we currently do not offer a trial version.
Yes, you are eligible for a refund within the first 24 hours of a successful payment transaction. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for the full refund policy.

You can submit an inquiry through the Awan space section of our website (AwanHub), via email, or by direct contact. We will respond to all inquiries within 2 working days.
We offer three specialized lab options: CyberRange, CyberCloud, and CyberData. You can rent the facility for either a Full Day or a Half Day.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
A booking is secured only upon our receipt of two mandatory items:
A signed quotation.
A mandatory 50% deposit of the total rental fee.
You must pay the mandatory 50% deposit upon confirmation. The balance payment (remaining 50%) is due 1 day before the event date.
All payments are processed through the SenangPay online payment gateway provided by the Venue Provider.
Bookings made with less than 7 working days' notice are considered last-minute. These are subject to immediate availability and require 100% full payment (no 50% deposit) upfront to secure the date.
Our cancellation charges are based on the notice period:
7 working days or more before the event: No charge.
3–6 working days before the event: 50% of the total room rental will be charged.
Less than 3 working days before the event: 100% of the total room rental will be charged.
Yes, postponement may be allowed once, provided the request is made at least 7 working days before the confirmed event date, subject to room availability.
No. Customers and participants are strictly prohibited from moving, altering, or changing the fixed room structure or furniture layout.
Food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas, unless specific catering arrangements have been made and confirmed through the venue provider.
